💼 Key Responsibilities and Duties

As a key member of our surgical and anesthesia teams, your clinical contributions will be diverse and highly impactful. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• 👤 Pre-Anesthetic Evaluation (PAC): Conducting detailed pre-operative assessments, evaluating patient medical history, reviewing lab reports, and formulating customized anesthesia plans.
• 💉 Anesthesia Administration: Administering general anesthesia, regional anesthesia (spinal, epidural, nerve blocks), and local sedation safely for a wide range of surgeries.
• 📊 Intra-operative Care: Continuous, vigilant monitoring of patient vitals, oxygenation, and hemodynamics during surgical procedures, with swift intervention when necessary.
• 🏥 Post-Operative Recovery (PACU): Supervising the immediate recovery phase, managing pain management protocols, and ensuring smooth transition to wards or ICUs.
• 🚨 Critical Care & ICU Management: Assisting in the management of critically ill patients, setting up ventilator support, and handling emergency life support protocols (CPR/ACLS).
• 🤝 Multidisciplinary Coordination: Collaborating closely with general surgeons, orthopedicians, gynecologists, pediatricians, and OT nursing staff to guarantee seamless patient care.

🎓 Educational Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria

• 🎓 Primary Degree: MD (Doctor of Medicine) in Anesthesiology, DNB (Diplomate of National Board) in Anesthesia, or DA (Diploma in Anesthesiology) from a recognized medical college/university.
• 📝 Registration: Active registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or Rajasthan Medical Council (RMC).
• 💼 Experience: Open to both newly qualified specialists and highly experienced Senior Consultants. Candidates with 0 to 15+ years of clinical experience are encouraged to apply.
