📋 Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will cover comprehensive surgical management, surgical care planning, and clinical leadership:

• Perform minimally invasive surgeries including laparoscopic cholecystectomy, appendectomy, hernia repairs (TAPP/TEP/IPOM), and diagnostic laparoscopy.
• Execute open general surgery procedures, including hydrocele, thyroid, breast surgeries, bowel resections, and emergency exploratory laparotomies.
• Provide prompt emergency surgical care and trauma management as required.
• Manage pre-operative assessments and guide post-operative recovery to minimize complications and stay duration.
• Mentor OT nurses, clinical assistants, and junior medical staff for efficient surgical protocols.
• Maintain thorough electronic medical records and surgical documentations adhering to NABH guidelines.
