📋 Key Responsibilities

The selected casualty doctor will oversee day-to-day operations in the trauma bay and emergency casualty ward. Core responsibilities include:

• Immediate Triage & Care: Rapidly assess incoming casualty patients, prioritize critical cases, and initiate resuscitation procedures without delay.
• Acute Patient Management: Administer immediate emergency medical procedures, administer life support protocols (ACLS/BCLS), manage wounds, and stabilize acute distress patients.

• Inpatient Admission & Documentation: Prepare thorough medical history records, discharge summaries, medico-legal case (MLC) documentation, and coordinate smooth patient transfers to ICUs or wards.
• Monitoring & Ward Rounds: Perform regular clinical monitoring of casualty patients awaiting transfer or short-stay observation.
